Runtime hang on installing new application

Solution: change enviroment status

  • Connect the Runtime database, Our HSQLDB database is locally saved in the 
    db subfolder of your Runtime Data folder: "
    <RuntimeDataFolder>\db"
  • Datprof Runtime is accessible using the hsql protocol over  jdbc , using port 9001 on database runtime. User SA without a password
  • Browse to "PUBLIC" -> "ENVIRONMENTS"
  • Change the value of the eviroment to uninstalled
  • Retry the installation of the job
