I've lost the password to a Runtime account

In order to log into DATPROF Runtime a password is required. If you still have access to the admin account and need to manually change the password of an underlying user account you can do this by navigating to the following:

users → extra options → change password

If you have forgotten the password to the administrator account, please submit a support ticket for our assistance. Admin passwords cannot be reset without having access to the existing password.
